PASSPORT REQUIREMENT

According to the New Immigration Act the holder
of a Polish passport is not required to hold a visa in respect of
purposes for which a visitor`s permit may be issued for an intended
stay of 30 (thirty) days or less and when in transit.
Authorisation letters:
Polish passport
holders intending to visit SA for less than 30 days for work
purposes eg. attend meetings. workshops, send by Polish company to
SA company to perform duties, etc. must please contact the Embassy
for more details iro authorisation letters.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS IN RESPECT OF ALL VISA
APPLICATIONS FOR INTENDED STAY OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS AND LESS/OR 90
DAYS: |

A valid passport. The
applicant's passport should be valid for at least 1 month beyond the
expiry date of the visa. The passport should contain at least two
(2) blank pages.

2. |
One visa application
form per applicant. Application forms must be signed by the
applicant. Application forms of minor children issued with separate
passports must be completed and signed by their parrents. It is not
required for children to submit a separate visa application form if
they are endorsed in the parents` passport. |

3. |
Two recent passport
photographs signed on the reverse side, must accompany each visa
application form. If the child is endorsed in the parents`passport,
the photograph of the child should be attached.

4. |
Issuance period for visas:
5 working days from the day the visa application has been
registered by the Embassy. The aforementioned period does not apply
to applications whereby the Embassy requires additional information
regarding the application.

5. |
The visa fee for
the period from 01.04.2005 - 31.03.2006: EUR 43.00 per
visa application payable in Polish Zloty.
